环氧化酶-2血管内皮生长因子-C的表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:6

The expression of COX-2 VEGF-C and lymph node metastasis in human gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的 探讨胃癌组织中环氧化酶 2 (COX 2 )、血管内皮生长因子 C (VEGF C)表达的相互关系及其在淋巴结转移过程中的作用和可能机制。方法 收集武汉大学人民医院 1999- 0 1~ 2 0 0 3- 0 2手术标本。应用免疫组化法检测 4 2例胃癌组织和 2 0例癌旁组织中COX 2及VEGF C的表达水平。结果  (1)胃癌组织中COX 2、VEGF C阳性表达率分别为 5 9 5 %、6 4 3%显著高于癌旁非癌组织的 10 % (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )COX 2、VEGF C蛋白的表达与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,与胃癌的分化程度、远处转移无关 (P >0 0 5 )。 (3)COX 2、VEGF C表达呈正相关 (r =0 4 2 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 胃癌组织中COX 2、VEGF C表达均增高并且呈正相关。两者在胃癌淋巴结转移中有协同效应 ,共同促进胃癌的淋巴转移。 Objective This study was designed to investigate the relationship between COX-2 and VEGF-C in human gastric carcinomas and discuss the significance of COX-2、VEGF-C in lymph mode metastasis.Methods Forty-two gastric carcinoma tissues and twenty adjacent noncancerous specimens were obtained from surgical resections.COX-2,VEGF-C protein expression was evaluated by immunohistochemical analysis.Results (1)COX-2 was overexpressed in 25 of 42 carcinoma tissues (59.5%) and VEGF-C was 27 of 42(64.3%),which were significantly higher than those in noncancerous tissues (P<0.05).(2)The expression of both COX-2 and VEGF-C was correlated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM classification(P<0.05 or P<0.01).On the other hand,It was not related to histological type and distant metastasis (P>0.05).(3)There was positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C(r=0.425,P<0.01).Conclusion COX-2 overexpression is significantly associated with elevated VEGF-C.The co-expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C may play an important role in lymphatic spread of gastric carcinoma.
