双黄补牙周缓释药条体外释放度的测定

The in vitro dissolution of Shuanghuangbu sustained-release periodontal medicinal strip

目的 :建立双黄补牙周缓释药条的质量控制标准 ,并测定其体外释放度。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)作为黄芩苷及盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法 ,转篮法测定该药条的体外释放度。结果 :双黄补牙周缓释药条中黄芩苷含量为 1.6 3% ,盐酸小檗碱含量为 0 .5 6 4 %。该缓释药条的释放分为速释和缓释两个阶段。结论 :所定的含量测定方法简便、准确可行。双黄补牙周缓释药条具有速释和缓释两个释药系统 。

OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Shuanghuangbu sustained release periodontal medicinal strip and investigate its in vitro drug release.METHODS The contents of baicalin and berberine hydrochlonide of the strip were determined by HPLC.The dissolution rate of the preparation was determined by beasket method.RESULTS There are 1.63% of baicalin and 0.564% of berberine hydrochloride in the strip.The two drug release systems,fast release and sustained release.CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be applied to the assay and drug release for the strip.
