Sex Knowledge, Atdtude and Behavior Among Teenagers in Dalian

目的了解大连市青少年性知识、性态度和性行为的现状,以探索合理的性教育途径。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,对大连市4区的中小学生进行性知识、性态度和性行为情况问卷调查。结果 约50％的青少年不能正确回答性知识问题,高年级的答对率明显高于低年级;青少年性知识的来源以传媒为主(41.6％),大部分的青少年持有正确的性态度;86.4％的学生未发生过与异性拥抱、接吻等性行为。结论 大连市青少年的性知识较缺乏,性观念较开放。学校应有目的、有计划、有组织地进行全面的性教育,促进青少年生理与心理同步健康发展。

Objective To study the status of sex knowledge, attitude, behavior among teenagers in Dalian, and to explore a reasonable approach of sex education. Methods A stratified cluster sample of 960 primary and secondary school students was investigated with a questionnaire about sex knowledge, attitude and behavior. Results Approximately 50% teenagers can not correctly answer the questions on sex knowledge. Higher right answer rate existed in the senior grades. The sex knowledge of teenagers were mainly received from the propaganda medium (41.6% ). Most of the teenagers took the correct attitude toward sex. About 86.4% of them had no cuddle, kiss or other sex behaviors.Conclusion Dalian teenagers are relatively deficient in sex knowledge, while their sex conceptions are open. So, the sex education must be carried out intentionally, projectedly and organically to promote the development of teenagers in physiology and mentality.
