高校贫困生的情绪问题及其相关因素研究

Emotional Disorders and Related Factors Among Impoverished Undergraduates

目的探讨高校贫困生的情绪问题及其影响因素,为心理咨询和心理干预提供有效依据。方法 抽取天水师范学院得到困难补助的大学生126名和一般大学生112名为研究对象,采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生活事件量表(LES)、社会支持量表(SSRS)和心理防御方式问卷(DSQ)等分别对2组学生进行调查。结果 贫困生中抑郁、焦虑症状较为严重,其SDS,SAS的总分和标准分均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。回归分析表明,较多的生活事件、社会支持相对缺乏和不成熟防御方式是影响贫困生情绪问题的主要因素。结论 创造良好的社会心理环境将有助于减轻贫困生的情绪问题。

Objective To explore the emotional disorders and related factors among impoverished undergraduates, and to provide basis for psychological counseling and interventions. Methods A total of 126 impoverished undergraduates and 112 common undergraduates were tested with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) ,Life Event Scale(LES), Social Sapport Rating Scale(SSRS),Defense Styles Questionnaire(DSQ) .Results 'The scores of SDS and SAS among the impoverished undergraduates were higher than the control group. Regression analysis showed that more life events, less social support and immature defense style were the major factors for impoverished undergraduates' emotional disorders. Conclusion Impoverished undergraduates emotional disorders can be relieved by giving good social psychological environment.
