摘要 目的 编制适合我国国情的大学生自杀意念量表,并对其效度、信度进行检验。方法 在综合现有自杀问题研究成果的基础上,首先由研究小组反复讨论选编条目,再经专家评审后小范围内进行预试验,形成初稿。经检验与修改,形成最后量表,并进行信度、效度检验。结果 共选编条目102条,进入量表初稿90条,入选最后量表83条。83个条目分为9个维度,分别为负性生活事件、自杀意念、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、人际关系、精神病性及躯体化。问卷的信度、效度均达到统计学要求。结论 大学生自杀意念自评量表基本符合理论构想,在应用中具有良好的信度和效度,但仍需进一步加以测量和修订。 Objective To develop a suicidal ideation scale for undergraduates, and to test the reliability and validity. Methods Based on the research information, items were selected and discussed in research group. After being confirmed by specialists, this draft was protested so as to generate the initial scale. The reliability and validity were tested.Results One hundred and two items were selected, 90 in the draft, and 83 were included in the initial scale. The total items were divided into 9 dimensions: negative life event, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, photic anxiety, paranoid ideation, interpersonal relationship psychoticism and somatization. The reliability and validity were satisfying. Conclusion The construction of suicidal ideation scale embodies the theoretic consideration. It has reliability and validity among undergraduates in applications but still needs to be revised.
