Influencing Factors of Life Quality Among Undergraduates in Langfang Normal College

目的了解高校扩招后大学生生命质量的特点和影响因素,并提出提高生命质量干预建议.方法按照生命质量程度的高低,自制45项问卷,按1～5级评分法对大学生430名进行调查.结果男生的生命质量总分主要受健康环境、交通状况、教师、教学环境、处理日常事物的能力、朋友支持、时间支配等因素及其满意度影响,女生的生命质量总分主要受睡眠质量、行动能力、性问题及其满意程度的影响.结论男女大学生的生命质量存在不同特点,应采取针对性的干预措施.

Objective To study life quality and the related factors among undergraduates, and to give advice for life quality improvement. MethodsA self-designed questionnaire survey warranted on 1 - 5 point on life quality was conducted among 430 undergraduates. Results The main influencing factorsfor males were health related environment, traffic condition, background of teacher, education environment, ability to treat with daily life and work, friends'supports and time assignment, meanwhile, the influencing factors for girls were sleeping quality, action ability, sex problems and sex contentment. ConclusionDifferent characieristies of life quality exist in different genders. So, prevention and intervention measures should be taken according to this phenomenon.
