根治性全胃切除Roux-en-Y式“9”字空肠襻代胃术治疗胃体癌

Reconstruction Operation of Radical Total Gastroectomy with Roux-en-Y “9” Jejunum Substitute for Stomach in Treating Gastric |Body Cancer

目的 探讨胃体癌全胃切除术后消化道重建方式。方法 回顾分析我院 1999- 0 2～ 2 0 0 4 - 0 2间收治的胃体癌行根治性全胃切除 ,Roux -en -Y式“9”字空肠襻代胃术 16例临床资料。结果 本组 16例无手术死亡 ,食管空肠吻合口瘘 1例 ,术后近期均恢复良好 ,术后 6个月体重增加 9例 ,无明显变化 3例 ,下降 4例。结论 本术式操作相对简单、安全 ,容易掌握实施 ,并发症少 ,能够代替胃的储存功能和营养功能。

Objective To discuss the reconstruction techniques after radical total gastrectomy of stomach body cancer. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of stomach body cancer after radical gastrectomy, using Roux-en-Y “9” jejunum substitute fro stomach from February 1999 to February 2004, were retrospectively analyzed. Results No dead cases and anastomosis fistula happended after operation and all patients were in good condition. Conclusion The operation way might be relatively simple and safe, complications could be reduced and may replace the sore and nutrition function of stomach.
