可脱性弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤(附30例临床分析)

Clinical Analysis on Intracranial Aneurysm Treated with Embolism of GDC

目的 总结电解可脱性微弹簧圈 (GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的经验。方法 选自 2 0 0 1- 0 1～2 0 0 4 - 0 1间 ,应用GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 30例患者 ,其中蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)急性期 14例。术前Hunt分级 :Ⅳ级 2例 ,Ⅲ级 10例 ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 18例。结果 18例完全栓塞 ,12例部分栓塞。无手术死亡 ,2例前交通动脉瘤术后左侧下肢轻偏瘫 ,3周后恢复正常。结论 GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 ,是较理想的治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the experience on treatment of intracranial aneurysm with embolism of GDC. Methods 30 cases of intracranial aneurysm patient (14 cases were acute SAH) were treated with embolism of GDC from Jan. 2001 to Jan. 2004. The hunt degree before operation were Ⅳ degree 2 cases, Ⅲ degree 10 cases Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree 18 cases. Results There were 18 cases completed embolism and 12 cases partial embolism without dead. 2 cases of left lower limb had slightly paralysis after anterior communication aneurysm operation and recovered after 3 weeks. Conclusion The GDC embolism for intracranial aneurysm might be an ideal method.
