摘要
健康教育是卫生保健的首要内容 ,是整体护理的重要组成部分 ,是一项有效的治疗因素和高效益的医疗保健措施 ,也是最根本的医疗预防保健措施 ;有效开展健康教育应重点把握五个环节 ,包括 :建立科学合理的健康教育计划 (基础性工作 ) ,完善健康教育的制度 (重要保障 ) ,改进健康教育的方式方法 (主要载体 ) ,加强护理人员自身建设(关键因素 ) ,加强对健康教育的管理 (综合措施 )。
Health education is one of the most important contents to health care and it is also the vital components of holistic nursing. It is considered both as an effective therapeutic factor and as the most basic method of preventive health care. To carry out effective health education, nursing staff should grasp those five links: to build scientific and reasonable health education plan-the basic link; to perfect the system of health education-the important guarantee link; to improve the mode and method of health education-the chief carrier link; to strengthen the self building of nurses-the key factor link; to reinforce the health education management-the integration measure link.
