新护士上岗培训和继续护理教育认知情况的调查分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨新护士上岗培训和继续护理教育的认知情况 ,寻求提高新上岗护士上岗培训和继续教育的方法和途径。方法 :采用整体抽样的方法 ,自行设计的“新护士培训和继续教育认知情况调查表” ,对 2 0 0 2年新上岗的162名护士进行问卷调查。结果 :99 4%认为上岗培训中加强继续护理教育是有必要的 ;95 7%认为院内培训是有必要的 ;93 2 %认为科内培训有必要 ;94 4%认为应该考核技术操作 ;92 0 %认为有必要考核专科护理常规 ;84 6%认为应学习健康教育的知识 ;72 2 %认为有必要考核职责制度与管理标准 ;79 1%认为需要考核工作制度 ;90 0 %以上对护理学、外语、心理学、沟通技巧、计算机、健康教育、医院感染和基础医学等方面的知识学习要求较强烈 ;5 8 6%认为有必要学习医学统计学 ,77 2 %认为应该学习科研设计。结论 :通过有计划、有目标、有针对性的对第一年新护士进行上岗培训 ,同时加强继续护理教育 ,可以帮助她们尽快适应新环境 ,实现从学生到专业护理人员的转变 ,胜任临床护理工作 ,提高整体素质。 Objectives: To explore the cognition status and to seek approaches to elevate the levels of training before going on duty and continuing education among new nurses. Methods: Cluster sampling was used in this study. 162 new nurses who go on duty in 2002 were examined by the “Questionnaire of cognition status about new nurse training & continuing education” (designed by the authors). Results: 99.4% of nurses believed that strengthening continuing nursing education in new nurse training was necessary; 95.7% of them said training organized by the hospital was necessary; 93.2% of them believed training organized by the department was necessary; 84.6% of them considered knowledge about health education should be given in the training; 72.2% of them thought it was vital to examine nurses' knowledge about position responsibility & position management standards; 79.1% of them believed it was key to examine nurses' knowledge about working institutions; 90.0% of them claimed they should be continuously educated in nursing science, foreign languages, psychology, communication skills, computer knowledge, health education, nosocomial infection, and basic medical knowledge; 58.6% of them believed it was necessary to study medical statistics; 77.2% of them claimed that knowledge about nursing research should be given. Conclusion: Through planned, targeted, and aim-directed training before going on duty and enhancing the continuing nursing education among the first-year nurses, the nursing managers could help those nurses adapt to the new environment and change from nurse students into competent clinic nurses as quickly as possible.
