高效液相色谱法测定银屑片中栀子苷的含量

Determination of Jasminoidin in Yinxie Tablets by HPLC

目的 :建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定银屑片中栀子苷的含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为C18 柱 (250mm×4 6mm ,5μm) ,流动相为0 01 %磷酸水溶液 -乙腈 (87∶13) ,流速为1 0ml/min ,检测波长为238nm。结果 :栀子苷的检测浓度线性范围为20～200μg/ml(r=0 9995) ,RSD=0 98 % (n=5) ;平均加样回收率为101 81 % (RSD=0 54 % )。结论 :本法操作简便、快捷、准确 ,可用于银屑片的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of Jasminoidin in Yinxie tablets.METHO_ DS:The HPLC system consisted of C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),0.01%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(87∶13)mixture as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at238nm and1.0ml/min of flow rate.RESULTS:The calibration curve of Jasminoidin was linear in the concentration range of20～200μg/ml(r=0.9995),RSD=0.98%(n=5).The average recovery was101.8%(RSD=0.54%).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,quick and specific,and suitable for the quality control of this prepaˉration.
