摘要 目的 :研究骨折愈合过程中骨痂局部生物力学特性的动态变化。方法 :30只犬造成右胫骨中段骨折并分离 4mm,单边外固定支架固定。分别在术后 4、6、8、1 0、1 2周取双侧胫骨 ,测定弯曲刚度、扭转刚度及扭转强度 ,分析生物力学指标和生物力学指标增长率的变化及他们之间的相关性。结果 :骨折端生物力学指标随着骨折愈合过程的进行呈一定规律增加 ,弯曲刚度比率与扭转刚度比率之间、扭转刚度比率扭转强度比率之间有良好的线性相关。结论 :了解骨折愈合中骨痂生物力学的变化有助于无创评价骨愈合方法的研究。 Objects:To explore the changes of callus biomechanical properties during fracture healing.Methods:In 3 0 beagles, a right midshaft tibial osteotomy was performed and was stabilized wi th a 4-mm gap using an external f ixator. A group of 5 animals were euthanized at 4,6,8,10,12 weeks respectively a fter surgery. Both tibias were harvested and the bending stiffness, torsional st iffness and torsional strength were determined with biomechanical tests. One way ANOVA was performed to analyze the difference of callus biomechanical parameter indexes between groups. Linear regressions were performed to analyze the correl ation between bending stiffness and torsional stiffness ratio, torsional stiffne ss ratio and torsional strength ratio. Results:Callus biomechanical properties i ncreased over time. There was high correlation between bending stiffness and to rsional stiffness ratio, torsional stiffness ratio and torsional strength ratio (R2=0.806, 0.765).Conclusions: Callus biomechanical measurement is beneficial t o method research on non-invasive assessment of fracture healing.
