目的 探讨外伤性非颅底骨折性海绵窦瘘的法医学临床鉴定。方法 搜集完整的临床资料和详细的检查结果 ,结合相关文献资料 ,对本例海绵窦瘘的成因进行深入的分析和讨论。结果 本例海绵窦瘘的形成与头面部拳击外力作用有关 ,并非颅底骨折和原发性脑血管病变引起。

Objective To discuss the problem of the clinical medicolegal expertise on traumatic carotid cavernous fistula. Methods collected the integrated clinical data, got meticulous physical and referred to the article relating to this case, analyzed and discussed profoundly the cause of formation on traumatic carotid cavernous fistula. Results The cause of formation on the traumatic carotid cavernous fistula related to batting face by fist. It had nothing to do with the bottom fracture of skull and the primary disease of cerebral blood vessel. Conclusion It should be much logical that traumatic carotid cavernous fistula is assessed for severe injury in this case.
