达乌尔黄鼠疫源地的现状及防治对策

The present situation and control countermeasure of Spermophilus dauricus plague natural foci

目的 讨论并分析察哈尔丘陵 -松辽平原达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地鼠疫现状及防治对策。方法 查阅整理该疫源地所辖省区 1985～ 2 0 0 4年 2 0年间鼠疫监测资料 ,利用监测资料中的监测数据和疫情发生的状况分析该疫源地的现状。结果 察哈尔丘陵 -松辽平原达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地分布在吉林、辽宁、黑龙江和内蒙古 4省 (区 ) ,5 3个县 (市、旗 ) ,疫源地面积为 161918km2 。在该疫源地内先后发现啮齿动物 2目 7科 2 2属 3 8种。啮齿动物寄生的蚤种类有 6科 3 5属 91种 (亚种 )。自 1985年以来 ,该疫源地除 1993年外 ,每年都有不同程度的动物鼠疫流行。 1985～ 2 0 0 4年在内蒙古、吉林、辽宁和黑龙江 4省 (区 )的 14个县 (市、旗 )从黄鼠体和寄生蚤分离出鼠疫菌 87株 ,用IHA方法检出黄鼠阳性血清 470份。结论 察哈尔丘陵 -松辽平原达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫自然疫源地动物鼠疫仍处在活动期。

Objective To discuss and analyse the present situation and control countermeasure of Spermophilus dauricus plague natural foci in the ChaHaEr hill-SongLiao plains. Methods To look up plague monitoring data of twenty years(1985 to 2004) and analyse the present situation by the monitoring data in the plague natural foci. Results Spermophilus dauricus plague natural foci of the ChaHaEr hill-SongLiao plains consists of 4 provinces ( JiLin、LiaoNing、HeiLongJiang、Nei monggol) and 53 counties(city 、banner), the plague natural foci area is 161918 square kilomtre.two orders rodent was found in the natural foci,it includs seven families twenty-two genuses ,thirty_eight species.the autoecious flea have six families thirty_five genuses ninety_one species (subspecies).Except for 1993 ,animal plague have happened in the plague natural foci every year since 1985. Eighty_seven strains Y.pestis was separated from Spermophilus dauricus and autoecious flea ,470 positive serum of Spermophilus dauricus have been detected by IHA in JiLin、LiaoNing、HeiLongJiang、Nei monggolsince 1985. Conclusions Animal plague is active state in Spermophilus dauricus plague natural foci of the ChaHaEr hill_SongLiao plains, so plague monitoring should be strengthened.
