摘要
目的 :本研究在回顾优秀领导者心理特点研究文献基础上 ,通过工作分析 ,探讨不同军兵种官兵对初级军官胜任特征评价的差异和特点 .方法 :各军兵种官兵 6 2 6 3名 ,完成《优秀初级军官心理素质调查表》90 0 4份 ,有效率 86 0 2 % ;采用多级重要度语义量词模糊集评估法对 4 0项指标逐条评价 .结果 :①根据模糊集语意量词MFS分值将 37项指标分为 3个等级 :“最重要”10项 ,“很重要”13项 ,“较重要”14项 ;②陆海空 3个军种在最重要的 10项胜任特征指标中 ,有 7项的评价均存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;③ 7个兵种在 10项最重要指标评价上总趋势一致性比较好 ,二炮和航空兵被试分别在 4项指标上与其他兵种的评价存在显著性差异(P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :不同军兵种官兵在初级军官胜任特征的评价上有各自的特点和结构 .
AIM: To explore the differences and characteristics of the evaluation of competency in low-ranking commander in different arms of services by reviewing the literature on the psychological characteristics of well-qualified officers. METHODS: 6323 military officers and soldiers in different arms of services were chosen to fill in 9004 copies of the Psychological Quality of well-qualified Commanders Scale. 86.02% of the questionnaires were valid and 40 indexes were evaluated by using the fuzzy set model of multistage evaluation. RESULTS: ① Thirty-seven items were divided into three grades according to the multigrade fuzzy set (MFS) scores (>0.477), in which 10 items were evaluated as “important”(MFS score>0.704), 13 items as “very important” (MFS score = 0.704~0.599) and 14 items as “less important”(MFS score = 0.599~0.477). ② Among army, navy and air force, three different armed services, significant differences were found in 7 of the top 10 items (P<0.05), very important items of the competency model. ③ In 7 different arms of services, a high general consistency was found in these 10 items, but significant difference in 4 of the items was found in second artillery and air corps, compared with other arms of services(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Evaluation of competence has its own structure and characteristics in low-ranking commanders of different armed services and different arms of services. The evaluations about the competency model of their primary military officers made by military officers and soldiers in different arms of service are different at characteristics and structures.
