摘要
目的 :研发一种测评中国军人心理适应性的专用量表 .方法 :采用个人构念积贮格技术搜集条目素材 ,经条目分析、信度与效度检验 ,建构自评量表 .结果 :①经因子分析 ,抽取特征根值 >1的 11个因子 ,包含 130个条目 ,可解释总方差的 5 7 1% ;② 11个分量表的内部一致性α系数均在 0 70以上 ,再测信度系数 >0 70 (P <0 0 1) ;③新兵和老兵群体之间的区分效度良好 (t=4 12~ 33 2 8,P <0 0 1) ,军人心理适应性量表与 16PF和SCL 90的相容效度系数为 0 4 7~ 0 6 7(P<0 0 1) ;④根据 2 2 76 2例数据建立了试用常模 .结论 :军人心理适应性量表可供基层官兵使用 .
AIM: To develop a Mental Adaptability Inventory for Chinese military personnel (MAI-CMP). METHODS: Items and materials were collected by repertory grid method, and the item analysis, reliability testing and validity testing were performed, so as to construct a self marking scale. RESULTS: ① After factors analysis, 11 factors with eigenvalue more than 1 were extracted, which contained 130 items and accounted for 57.1% variance. ② These subtests' α coefficient of internal consistency was more than 0.70, and the reliability coefficient of the test-retest was over 0.70 (P<0.01). ③ The discriminant validity between the trainees and the veterans was satisfactory (t= 4.12~33.28, P<0.01),and the congruent validity between MAI-CMP and the 16PF and the SCL-90 were 0.47~0.67(P<0.01). ④ On the basis of 22762 subjects' data, the tentative norm was established. CONCLUSION: The MAI-CMP can be used in Chinese military personnel.
