应届毕业生军事职业择业心理的影响因素分析

Analysis of factors influencing graduates' choice for military occupations

目的 :探讨影响地方大学毕业生选择军事职业的社会心理因素 ,为部队选拔优秀人才提供理论上的参考 .方法 :采用苗丹民等编制的军事职业《择业心理调查表》[1] ,结合访谈法 ,对两所军事院校 2 5 6名新入伍的地方大学毕业生进行个别访谈与集体问卷测试 .结果 :①该大学生 6 3 3%来自普通大学 ,96 7%学习成绩中等以上 ,76 7%通过英语四级考试 ,32 1%上学期间担任学生干部 ;②该大学生多来自多子女家庭 (6 8 3% ) ,家庭月收入平均低于 10 0 0元占 6 2 9% ;③父母文化程度偏低 ,多为农民或工人 ;④因子分析将影响大学生选择军事职业因素分为家庭 ,个人与社会 3项 .结论 :地方大学生选择军事职业的心理受多重社会心理因素影响 .

AIM: To explore the social psychological factors which have an effect on graduates in their choice for military occupations and to offer some data for the military personnel selection.METHODS: A retrospective investigation with interview and a self-designed Questionnaire of Psychology on Vocational Choice of Military Occupations was conducted in 256 graduates who had freshly enrolled in 2 military universities.RESULTS: Of the 256 subjects,63.3% of the students graduated from non-key universities,96.7% of them had GPA above average,76.7% of them passed national college English test (CET4),32.1% of them had working experience in student body during their study in university,68.3% of them had more than one brothers or sisters,and 62.9% of them came from families whose monthly incomes were lower than 1000 yuan.Parents of those who chose the military occupations had lower educational level,and most of them were workers or farmers.The factors which influence the graduates in their choice for military occupations were family,individual and public opinion.CONCLUSION: The choice of military occupation by civilian college graduates is influenced by multiple social and psychological factors.
