摘要
目的 :探讨现役部队战士在动态监测情况下计算能力、短时记忆能力等基本认知能力的变化 .方法 :应用DXC V型心理测评仪 ,对 2 2名战士连续进行 15d的数字、光点数相加测验以及二维数字搜索测验 .结果 :战士在动态监测情况下 ,做对每道题的时间这项指标在实验的前、中、后期有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :战士在长时间的训练过程中开始有一段明显的学习过程 ,随着熟练程度的逐渐增强 ,成绩会逐渐提高 ,随后进入学习的高原期阶段 ,最后成绩则相对稳定 .提示在展开军事训练时 ,应注重战士的心理特点 ,把个别、局部的动作有机地联系起来进行强化训练 ,同时 ,要注重训练方法的多样性和变化性 ,以保证训练的效果 .
AIM: To investigate the changes of calculative ability or instantaneous memory ability of soldiers in condition of dynamic monitoring. METHODS: Twenty-two soldiers were examined by the test of numeral plus photic point, and the test of planar numeric hunting for fifteen days. RESULTS: The findings suggested that the time of every right answer was significantly different during different stages of the experiment. CONCLUSION: There is an obvious period of study for the soldiers to learn at the beginning and with the increasing proficiency, the results will gradually be better, which followed by a learning plateau. In the end, the results become steady. These results suggest that of training should be arranged based on these characteristics and multiformity and variability of training methods should be integrated.
