Have Some Feeling After Reading the Biography of Maslow,Talking about the Cognition of His Humanity Theory

以自我实现理论为代表的马斯洛的人本主义心理学产生了广泛的影响。马斯洛认为人的行为是由动机和需要构成的,将人的需要分为五个层次,主要是有缺失性需要和成长性需要构成的;马斯洛的思想和存在主义思想有着密切的关系,是对存在主义提出的人的自由问题的一种解答,展望了人性所能达到的境界。

Maslow’s Humanistic Psychology whose representative theory is the self-actualization has brought an extensive influence. Maslow thought that Human’s behavior is constituted of motivation and need, the need is divided into five levels, primarily composed by the imperfection needs and the metaneeds. Maslow's theory has intimate relationship with Existentialism, it is the solution to the problem of person's freedom which was brought forward by Existentialist, and the theory also outlooked the state that the human nature can achieve.
