妥洛特罗为临床上广泛使用的选择性β2受体激动剂,用于缓解支气管哮喘,急慢性支气管炎,肺气肿,矽肺,尘肺等呼吸道阻塞性症状。本文对国内外关于妥洛特罗作为活性药物的经皮给药系统的研制现状进行综述。为将来药学工作者进一步开发研究以及规模化生产、临床应用推广提供参考。

This review relates to preparations for percutaneously administering and provides the reference for large-scale production and clinical use.
