山羊对移植水牛角的免疫反应的实验研究

Experimental Study of Immunologic Responses of Goats to Transplanted Buffalo Horn

本文以山羊为动物模型,用水牛角作为骨移植材料,植入到山羊股骨缺损处,检测了移植后的免疫排斥反应。特异性IgG的产生是对照组的3—7倍,特异性T淋巴细胞转化率为13—21％,明显高于手术对照组。这些结果表明,水牛角移植后,机体能产生一定强度的免疫反应。

The preliminary clinical trials of the shaped buffalo horns transplanted into patients with bone defect have been successfully developed by Dr. Guo. In order to investigate the immunologic response, the levels of the specific serum IgG to extracts of buffalo horn and the extract-stimulating lymphocyte transformation in goats experimentally transplanted with the horn were determined by ELISA and antigen specific lymphocyte transformation assay .respectively. In 7 - 49 days after transplatation, the level of specific serum IgG is 3 -7 times higher than that of normal or control group. The rates of specific T lymphocytes is at range of 13 - 21%. These results show that the immune response of the goat to buffalo horn is relatively low.
