花粉变应原的脱色处理

摘要 用Sephadex G-25对几种花粉浸液进行层析,以去除色素等小分子杂质,并与常规透析法进行对比。前者脱色效果优于后者,操作时间缩短、蛋白质回收量均在85%以上,方法简便。经皮肤试验证明,其活性与未经处理的粗制液相比有所提高。 Pigment granules and other impurities contained in crude pollen extracts cause unspecific stimulation. The separation was done by gel-filtration with Sephadex G-25. Pigment and other low moleculaf weight impurities were eluted at last and were eliminated easily. A comparative study was carried out with method of dialysis. The former was more effective and saving time. The effect of chromotographied preparation of Humulus scandens(Lour. ) Merr. Pollen was more potent than that of crude extract.
