免疫比浊法测定人血清C_1^--INH的实验探讨

The Approach to Immunological Turbidimetry Assay for Human Serum C C_1^--INH

应用国产C1-INH抗血清及标准参考血清,自配试剂,建立了人血清C1-INH免疫比浊法,并对其方法学性能作了初步评价。本法简便、快速、灵敏,适合临床常规应用。测定范围为0.05—0.35g/L,最低检测限为0.025g/L,平均回收率为102.5％,批内CV为4.03-5.36％,批间CV为5.97％,本法与ELISA法和SIRD法比较呈现高度相关(r=0.713—0.921,P<0.01)。58例健康男女献血员(年龄18—46岁)参考值为0.271±0.032(X±S)g/L,和文献值相近。
