Effect of IFN-Y and TNF-oc on HLA-DR Expression

本文采用ELISA方法,研究了rHuIFN-γ(IFN-γ)和rHuTNF-α(TNF-α)对体外培养的正常人外周血单核细胞表达HLA-DR抗原的影响。结果表明:二者都能提高单核细胞DR抗原的表达,但IFN-γ的作用明显较TNF-α强。另外,TNF-α对IFN-γ提高DR抗原表达作用的影响可因二者加入培养系统的先后顺序不同而异。

With ELISA.we have studied the effect of rHuIFN-γ(IFN-γ)and rHuTNF-α (TNF-α) on HLA-DR antigen expression on monocytes from normal human peripheral blood in vitro stimulating culture system. The results demonstrated that each of the cytokins can enhance DR antigen expression. The effect of IFN-γ is more evident than that of TNF-α. The influence of TNF-α on IFN-γ-enhanced DR antigen expression varied with the sequence of addition of the two cytokines into the culture system.
