摘要
为了评价BCG-PSN对PBMC产生IL-2和IL-2R表达的影响,作者用健康人PBMC置含有PHA和不同浓度BCG-PSN的RPMI-1640培养体系中,分别于培养后24、48、72、96h收集上清液测定IL-2,收集细胞测定IL-2R。结果显示:当BCG-PSN达40μg/ml时,培养72h后IL-2产量最高;当BCG-PSN为80μg/ml时,培养72h后IL-2R表达率最大;并且其值与不含BCG-PSN的对照组显著升高,差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。
To understand the effect of BCG-PSN on the producation of interleukin-2 (IL-2) experssion of interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R)of PBMC from health persons. The PBMC were cultured in medium RPMI-1640 with PHA and various concentration of BCG-PSN were added after 24,48,72,96 hours culture respectively. IL-2 activities were measured in supernatant and IL-2R were detected at cells. The concentrations of BCG-PSN in medium which resulted in the highest production of IL-2 and experssion of IL-2R were 40/ig/ml and 80pg/ml respectively, and the 72 hours cultures were the most productive. The levels of IL-2 and IL-2R of PBMC in medium with BCG-PSN were higher than in medium without BCG-PSN.
