药物结合高压氧治疗宫内发育迟缓的超声评价

摘要 目的 探讨药物结合高压氧治疗胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)的效果。方法 对 6 8例药物结合高压氧治疗的I UGR患者 (A组 )于治疗前后进行血液流变学检测 ,并与 6 0例单纯以药物治疗的IUGR者 (B组 )及 6 4例正常孕妇 (C组 )进行对照。结果 ①治疗后A、B两组PI、RI、S/D值较治疗前均有下降 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,且A组PI、RI明显低于治疗后B组(P <0 .0 5 ) ;②治疗后A组LBV值较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且显著低于治疗后B组LBV值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;③两组相比 ,A组治愈率 (6 6 .2 % )明显高于B组 (36 .7% ) ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 药物结合高压氧治疗能显著改善IUGR患者的血液供应及血液流变 ,能够有效治疗IUGR。 Objective To assess the effect of drugs combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of fetal intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR).Methods Sixty-eight pregnant women diagnosed as having fetal IUGR were examined by ultrasound and hemorheology before and after treatment of drugs combined with hyperbaric oxygen (group A), and compared with 60 pregnant women with fetal IUGR only receiving medication (group B) and 64 healthy pregnant women (group C).Results After treatment, the values of PI, RI and S/D in group A and group B were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment, and the values of PI and RI in group A were significantly reduced as compared with those in group B after treatment. After treatment, the value of LBV in group A was significantly reduced as compared with hat in group B. The curative rate was 66.2% in group A, higher than that in group B ( 36.7%) with the difference being significant between them.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine methods can improve obviously the blood supply and hemorheology of IUGR patients.
