经阴道超声对卵巢内小病变诊断的再认识

Re-recognition of the diagnosis of small ovarian tumors by transvaginal ultrasound.

目的 探讨卵巢内小病变的超声声像图特征 ,分析漏诊误诊原因。方法 回顾性分析经腹腔镜手术和病理证实的 5 6例 72个卵巢内小病变患者的超声声像图特征 ,并对其进行综合分析。结果 根据腹腔镜手术和病理诊断结果 ,卵巢内小病变以单侧 (4 3例 )多见 ,双侧 10例 ,单侧多发 3例 ,经阴道超声诊断符合率为 87.5 0 % (6 3/ 72 ) ,误诊率为 8.33% (6 / 72 ) ,漏诊率为 4 .17% (3/ 72 )。结论 掌握卵巢内小病变的病理变化特点和声像图表现 ,应用经阴道超声 ,对提高卵巢内小病变的诊断率 。

Objective To evaluate the ultrasonographic features of small ovarian tumors and to analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis.Methods The ultrasonographic features of 56 cases (72 small ovarian tumors) confirmed surgically and pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.Results According to the results of the operation and pathology, 43 cases were unilateral and 10 cases were bilateral. 3 cases were unilateral multiple. Transvaginal ultrasonographic coincidence rate was 87.50% (63/72), misdiagnosis rate was 8.33%(6/72), and rate of missed diagnosis was 4.17%(3/72).Conclusion For reducing misdiagnosis rate, we should grasp pathologic features and ultrasonic imaging characteristics of small ovarian tumors.
