面部黑色素细胞痣的整形外科治疗

Plastic surgical treatment of pigmented nevus on the face.

目的 探讨整形外科对于面部黑细胞痣的各种手术治疗方式 ,以期对不同面积大小面部黑细胞痣选择合适的治疗方案。方法 对于不同范围面部黑细胞痣分别采取切除后伤口粘贴 ,直接缝合 ,分次切除 ,扩张器皮肤扩张后皮瓣转移及全厚皮片移植等术式进行治疗。结果 治疗面部黑细胞痣 89例 ,随访 6～ 12个月 ,满意率 96 .7%。结论 不同面积、不同长宽比例、不同部位的面部黑细胞痣 ,应选择不同的手术方式 。

Objective To explore the plastic treatment of pigmented nevus on the face in order to select a suitable operation for all kinds of pigmented nevus. Methods The wound plaster, replacement suture, iterative excision, skin expansion and full-thickness skin grafting etc. were applied for treatment of all kinds of pigmented nevus.Results The pigmented nevus on the face was operated on by plastic surgery in 89 patients. During a follow-up of 6～12 months, satisfactory rate was 96.7%.Conclusion by considering the area, position, shape, the proportion of length to width of the pigmented nevus on the face, the suitable operation can be selected, and the results are satisfaction.
