摘要
全面建设小康社会,对职工的素质提出了更高的要求。工会组织应充分发挥自身的职能优势,在职工素质教育中发挥主阵地作用,以广泛开展各种活动为载体,建立一套切实可行的运行机制,保障职工队伍素质建设经常化、规范化、制度化。
In the course of comprehensive construction of comparatively well-off society, the quality of workers and staff members must be improved. In order to bring about regularity, normalization and institutionalization of the quality of workers and staff members, a trade union organization, as a fundamental front, should give full play to their own functional superiority, carry out various forms of activities, establish the feasible operating system.
