摘要
本文研究了阻塞性黄疸大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞白细胞介素2生成能力的变化,同时观察了消炎痛对其的影响。结果表示:胆管结扎大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞白细胞介素2生成能力明显下降,细胞内cAMP浓度下降,cGMP水平升高;应用消炎痛治疗的胆管结扎大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞白细胞介素2生成能力增强,淋巴细胞内cAMP水平上升,cGMP浓度下降。消炎痛能够明显改善大鼠的免疫功能,提高阻塞性黄疸机体的抗感染力,有可能成为临床上调节阻塞性黄疸病人免疫功能有价值的药物之一。
Patients with obstructive jaundice have a higher susceptibility to infection than those with non-obstructive jaundice. The reason for this is unclear. In this research, We investigated effect of in-domethacin on the ability of Interleukin 2 production by sphcnic lymphacytes.the content cAMP and cGMP in spleniclymphacytes from jaundiced rats. The results showed that there was significant reduction in interleukin 2 production and intracellur cAMP level,a significant increase in cGMP level.
Indomethacin.used by peritoneal injection .could greatly increase interleukin 2 production and intracellur cAMP level and diminish intracellur cGMP content. This drug,as a inhibitor of prostaglandin E synthesis, could markedly improve immune function and may decroase susceptibility to infection in rats with obstructive jaundice.
