摘要
基于建筑物区分所有权难以完全适用于多业主的物业管理区 ,提出了物业区分权 。
The present divisional ownership of building do no t fully fit the status of a district of property owned by many owners, the author tenders the divisional right of property and describes the target goods for the divisional right of property and the powers and the obligations for the parties of the divisional right of property.
