摘要
10^(-13)~10^(-9)mol/L的去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)体外作用时能促进人外周血单核细胞(monocyte,Mon)的抗原提呈功能(APF)。PKC激活剂PMA和抑制剂4α-PDD分别能加强和抑制NE对Mon的APF的促进作用;异搏定能抑制NE的这种作用,而PKA的抑制剂PKI对NE的这种作用无影响。结果提示NE促进Mon APF的机制可能涉及到Ca^(2+)和PKC,而与PKA无关。
Antigen-presentin function (APF) of human monocles (Mon) was found to be promoted by norepinephrineCNEilO I3-10 mol/L)in vitro .Activator of PKC(phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate,PMA) and inhibitor of PKC(4o-phorbol-12-13-didecanoate,4a-PDD)could enhance or depress the promotive effect of NE on the APF of Mon.respectively. Verapamil was found to inhibit the promotive effect of NE as well. whereas inhibitor of PKACProtein Kinase Inhibitor.PKDexerted no influence on the NE effect. These results suggest that Caz, and PKC but not PKA are implicated in the mechanism of the NE effect on the APF of Mon.
