通过对沉井施工负效应原因的分析,从选择合适的下沉及挖土方案、采用水下封底、对周边建筑物进行预加固等方面,提出了减小负效应的技术措施,以最大限度地减少和降低对周边建筑物的影响。

Based upon analysis of the negative effects caused by sunk well construction in order to reduce negative effects practical technical measures are proposed from selection proper excavation method, applying underwater base sealing and other methods to eliminate the influences on peripheral buildings maximally.
