通过对建设工程安全生产管理条例的学习,从明确安全监理责任、对安全监理实行动态和主动控制、落实安全管理责任制等方面,介绍了切实落实安全监理的几方面内容,以使安全监理尽快走上法制化轨道。
By studying Items of safe production Management of Constructive Project, it introduces the contents of carrying out safe inspection from aspects of fixing responsibility of safe inspection,controlling safe inspection dynamically & actively and carrying out responsible system of safe management so as to make safe inspection lawful quickly.
