以心律失常首发的惊恐障碍30例临床分析

The clinical analysis on 30 cases with disturbance of panic by arrhythmic firstly.

目的探讨以原因不明心律失常为主要临床症状的惊恐障碍患者的诊断与治疗。方法对30例原因不明心律失常病人进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自评症状量表(SCL-90)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估及临床检查,最终符合CCMD-2-R有关惊恐障碍诊断的患者应用抗焦虑及心理治疗,并对治疗前后进行比较分析。结果治疗后临床症状明显好转,SAS、SCL-90、HAMA得分明显好于治疗前(P<0001)。结论对原因不明的心律失常,应考虑惊恐障碍,及早应用抗焦虑治疗和心理治疗。

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment which the clinical symptome is unknown arrhythmic.Methods:The thirty unknown arrhythmic patients were detected by SAS,SCL-90,HAMA and clinical examination.Eventually,the effect correspond with the CCMD-2-R.Applicate anxiolytic cure and psychotherap.We can compete the cure of the front and back.Results:From the cure, the clinical symptome turn well apparently,the score of the SAS,SCL-90 and HAMA are better than before the cure with P<0.001.Conclusions:For unknown arrhythmic patients,we should consider fright disturbance,to apply anxiolytic cure and psychotherapy earlier.
