门冬氨酸洛美沙星冻干粉针治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of clinical therapeuticeffectof lomefloxacine in treating the lower repiratory tract infections

目的:评价门冬氨酸洛美沙星冻干粉针(奇敌/星洛)治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法: 例病人被随机分 70为治疗组 37 例和对照组 33 例。治疗组:门冬氨酸洛美沙星冻干粉针0.2g,稀释于5%葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液 250 mL中,静滴,一日 2 次,疗程 7～ 14 d。对照组:0.2%氧氟沙星 100 mL,静滴,一日 2次,疗程 7 ～ 14 d。结果:门冬氨酸洛美沙星冻干粉针和氧氟沙星的临床治疗有效率分别为 94.6%和 93.9%,细菌清除率分别为 76.9%和 79.3%,两组治疗结果均无明显不良反应。结论:门冬氨酸洛美沙星冻干粉针可以安全有效地治疗下呼吸道感染。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy oflomefloxacine in the treatment of the lower respiratory tract infections.Methods: Si- xty-eightpatients wereenrolledwith 37 in the experimentalgroup and 33 in the controlgroup at random. Theexperimental group were received the lomefloxacine( 0.2 g ivdrip q 12 h ),while the comtrol guoup were received the ofloxacine ( 0.2 g ivdrip q 12 h). The total effective rates and adverseeffectswererecordedafter1 ～ 2weeksoftreatmentinthetwo groups. Results:ThetotaleffectiveratesoflomefloxacineandOfloxacine were 94% and 91%, respectively. The bacterial clearancerates were 94.6% and 93.9%, respectively. Thetwo groups weren’tsignificant adverse reactions.Conclusions: The lomefloxacineis a safe and potent antibacterial agent in the treatment of thelower respiratory tractinfections. [
