摘要
目的 观察针刺对小儿脑瘫及精神发育迟滞 (或迟缓 )骨钙素的影响。方法 采用以穴位注射为主治疗 2 0例脑病患儿 ,同时采用放射免疫法观察了患儿治疗前后血清骨钙素的变化。结果 治疗后 17例患儿血清骨钙素含量下降 ,占 85 % ,上升 3例 ,占 15 %。结论 针刺能降低脑病患儿血清骨钙素的含量。
Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture on osteocalcin in infantile encephalopathy and mental retardation.Method Point injection was used as a main treatment for 20 encephalopathy children and meanwhile serum osteocalcin was measured by radioimmunoassay in the children before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the osteocalcin content of serum decreased in 17 sick children,accounting for 85%,and increased in 3,accounting for 15%.Conclusion Acupuncture can decrease the osteocalcin content of serum in encephalopathy children.
