三伏天穴位拔罐敷贴治疗支气管炎、哮喘112例临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of 112 Bronchitis and Asthma Patients by Point Cupping and Application in Dog Days

目的 观察三伏天穴位拔罐贴敷对支气管炎、哮喘的临床疗效。方法 对 112例患者 ,采用本院自制“伏贴膏”,在背部俞穴拔罐后 ,将药饼用胶布贴于穴位上 ,4 - 6 h后患者自行去掉。结果 显效 6 3例 ,有效 4 5例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为96 .4 3%。结论 三伏天穴位拔罐、药物贴敷对防治支气管炎、哮喘有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point cupping and application for the treatment of bronchitis and asthma in dog days.Methods One hundred and twelve patients received back-shu point cupping followed by application of self-made “Futiegao” herbal cake to the points with adhesive plaster, which the patients himself took off 4-6 hrs later.Results Marked effectiveness occurred in 63 cases, effectiveness in 45 cases and ineffectiveness in 4 cases, with a total effective rate of 96.43%.Conclusion Point cupping and application in dog days has a good preventing and treating effect on bronchitis and asthma.
