Special Media in International Economic Relations- TNCs

跨国公司是除国家以外重要的行为主体之一;在母国和东道国这两个宏观主体之间起着“粘合剂”的作用;国家间经济关系实际是跨国公司的内部交易。跨国公司不仅促进了各国之间的经济往来,也加剧了同东道国之间的矛盾;使国家间的经济关系呈现不平衡状态;跨国公司使行为主体间的经济关系和利益关系复杂化了。跨国公司在追求全球经济利益的过程中正在不断地调整和变化自己的政策和策略。

TNCs play an intermediate role between the host and the home countries. Actually the economic relations among countries are the internal transactions of the TNCs'. TNCs not only promote the economic relations among countries but also exacerbate the conflicts existing among the host and the other countries, resulting in an unbalanced situation in economic relations among countries. TNCs complicate the economic and interest relations among the participants. They are adjusting their policy and switching the strategy dynamically during the course of seeking economic interests on a global scale.
