Analysis and Improvement for Slings in EQ1030 Light Truck Painting Line

分析了原东风EQ1030轻型卡车车身底漆线吊具存在的问题,介绍了新吊具设计思路和结构特点。新吊具结构合理熏可靠性高,消除了原吊具在涂装过程中脱钩及车身表面滴液污染的工艺难题。改进后的吊具提高了产品质量熏减少了底漆线停工台时熏避免了涂装溶液的浪费。

Some problems about EQ1030 light truck slings for lifting loads in the painting production line are analysed in this paper.The slings for lifting loads that have the new structure characteristic and the new design concept are introduced,too.The slings for lifting loads possess the rational structure and the high reliability.The problems of the smearing slings for lifting loads are solved.The problems are involved in pollution of the car body and slings which are unhooking for lifting loads.The new slings for lifting loads have improved the product quality,reduced the break down time of primer painting line,avoided the waste of the smearing solution.
