Research Development and Application of PC/ABS in Automobile

PC/ABS合金是一种以PC(聚碳酸酯)和ABS为主要原料的工程塑料合金,具有良好的成型性和耐低温冲击性能、较高的热变形温度及光稳定性,成本介于PC和ABS之间,可用于汽车、电子、电器等行业。总结了近年来国内外在PC/ABS合金方面的研究进展和所取得的成果,特别对PC/ABS合金的增容方法进行了较为详细的说明,并介绍了PC/ABS合金在汽车上的应用情况。

PC/ABS alloy is based on PC and ABS materials,which performs good moulding,low temperature impact,heat deforming temperature and light stability,its cost is between PC and ABS cost,can be used in automobile,electronic,appliance.This paper summarizes the developments and achievements of PC/ABS in recent years both at domestic and abroad,demonstrations of add-contain ways in particular for PC/ABS alloy is described in detail,at the end,applications of PC/ABS alloy in automobile is also introduced.
