摘要 介绍了国外最新研发的自增强聚丙烯(SR-PP)和长玻纤增强聚丙烯(LGFPP)两种热塑性复合材料。它们的共同特点是密度低、质量轻、比强度高、耐腐蚀、成型周期短、冲击韧度好、可再生利用等,两者的不同点体现在制品的成型工艺和个别性能方面。其中SR-PP特别适合用于车底部件的生产,而LGFPP则是理想的替代GMT的汽车模块载体材料。 This paper introduces the latest development of two kinds of thermoplastic composites--SR-PP and LGFPP.These two materials have common characteristics:low density,light weight,high strength ratio,corrosion resistance,short moulding cycle,good impact toughness,recycling etc.,but the differences between them are the performance of forming processing and exceptional properties.The results have shown that SR-PP is suitable to be as the bottom parts,LGFPP is suitable to beas the module carrier material instead of the GMT.
