hMG在改善冷冻胚胎移植周期子宫内膜反应中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨hMG改善冷冻胚胎移植周期中子宫内膜对雌激素反应性的作用。方法 采用自身历史对照研究 ,共观察了 2 3名卵巢功能正常的患者 ,在既往的冷冻胚胎移植周期中对外源性雌激素反应不佳 ,后改用hMG进行冷冻胚胎移植周期的内膜准备 ,对两种治疗方案的内膜反应及临床结局进行了比较。结果 hMG进行内膜的准备 ,所需周期时间短 ,临床妊娠率高 ,周期取消率低 ,流产率低 ,无OHSS的发生。结论 对于卵巢功能正常的患者 ,如果在既往的冷冻胚胎移植周期中子宫内膜对外源性雌激素反应不佳 ,可改用hMG进行内膜的准备 。 Purpose: To search the use of human menopausal gonadotropin in improving the response of endometrium to estrogen in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles. Methods: Prospective case-control evaluation compared with same patient's previous performance. Twenty-three patients with functioning ovaries who had poor endometrium response to external estrogen in previous frozen-thawed embryo thransfer cycles were observed. And hMG was used to prepare endometrium in the later frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles. The endometrium response and the clinical result of the two treatment programs were analysised. Results: In the hMG cycle, there were shorter cycle time, lower cancellation and abortion rates, higher clinical pregnancy rate, and without the happening of OHSS. Conclusions: For the patients with normal ovary function, if the endometrium had poor response to external estrogen in previous frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles, substituting hMG for HRT (Hormone Replacement treatment) was a better treatment program for the preparation of the endometrium.
