2型糖尿病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪分析

Analysis of the Anxiety,Depression with Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的 探讨心理因素与糖尿病患者的关系。方法 选择上海市 16 4例社区糖尿病病例和 6 2例社区正常人群进行病例对照研究 ,并采用Zung焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表测量研究对象的心理状况。 结果 通过多元Logistic回归分析校正混杂因素后 ,焦虑或抑郁为因变量时糖尿病OR分别为 15 .87(95 %CI:2 .0 0～ 12 5 .95 )和 3.18(95 %CI:1.5 9～ 6 .36 )。结论 焦虑、抑郁等心理状况与 2型糖尿病有一定关联性 。

Purpose: To explore the association between the psychological factors and the community patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 164 patients with type 2 diabetes and 62 healthy persons were collected by a case-control study in a community, they were investigated with consulting questionnaires about suspicious risk factors, Self-rating Depressin Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale. Results: The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that type 2 diabetes was positively related to anxiety (OR = 15.87, 95% 01:2.00-125.95) and depression (OR = 3.18, 95% CI:1.59-6.36) by adjusted some suspect confouding factors. Conclusions: The result of study showed there was association between psychological factors and type 2 diabetes, but their causality remains unclear.
