苍术炒制前后挥发油成分的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的 分析苍术炒制前后挥发油的成分变化。方法 应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油 ,运用GC -MS技术 ,结合计算机检索鉴定其化学成分 ,并计算出各组分的相对含量。结果 从生苍术、炒苍术挥发油中分别鉴定了 35和 32个化合物。生苍术中β -桉叶醇、苍术酮、茅术醇为主成分 ,其相对含量分别为 30 .5 6 %、2 0 .84 %、10 .92 % ;炒苍术中茅术醇、苍术酮、β -桉叶醇为主成分 ,其相对含量分别为 39.93%、11.84 %、11.34%。含有 2 8种相同的成分。结论 苍术炒制前后挥发油的组成变化不大 ,但含量发生了变化。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz(I)and its roasted pruduct(II).METHOD The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC- MS. The relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization. RESULTS 35 kinds of constituents in the volatile oil were identified from I, and the relative contents of β-eudesnol, atractylone and hinesol were 30.56%,20.84% and 10.92%,respectively. 32 kinds were identified from II, and the relative contents of hinesol, atractylone and β-eudesnol were 39.93%,11.84% and 11.34%,respectively. 28 constituents in I and II were identified.CONCLUSION The major constituents in I and II are almost agreement,but there are differences in their relative contents.
