Application of the bacterial endotoxins test for Azithromycin sodium chloride injection

目的 建立阿奇霉素氯化钠注射液细菌内毒素的检查方法。方法 用不同厂家的鲎试剂对阿奇霉素氯化钠注射液分别进行干扰实验。结果 阿奇霉素氯化钠注射液与鲎试剂反应无干扰。结论 用细菌内毒素法检查阿奇霉素氯化钠注射液中的内毒素是可行的。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method of bacterial test for Azithromycin sodium chloride injection and substitute for the pyrogen test.METHODS TAL made by different factories were used in the inhibition or enhancement tests.RESULTS Azithromycin sodium chloride injection could be directly test by TAL.CONCLUSOIN These results suggested that the bacterial endotoxin test is suitable for the detection of endotoxin in Azithromycin sodium chloride injection.
