Determination of chlorogenic acid in Shuanghuanglian oral solution by HPLC

目的 测定双黄连口服液中绿原酸的含量。方法 用HPLC法 ,C18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 .4 %磷酸溶液 (2 4∶76 )为流动相 ,检测波长 32 7nm。结果 方法线性关系良好 (r =0 .9996 ) ,平均回收率为 99.0 % ,RSD =1.3% (n =5 )。结论 所用方法简便、快速、准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine the chlorogenic acid contents in Shuanghuanglian oral solution.METHODS HPLC was performed by using C 18 column, methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(24∶76) as a mobile phase and detected at 327 nm.RESULTS The method had good linear ralationship(r=0.9996) and the average recovery was 99.0% with RSD of 1.3%.CONCLUSION This method is simple ,rapid and accurate.
