HPLC测定克林霉素搽剂的含量

Determination of Clindamycin liniment by HPLC

目的 测定克林霉素搽剂的含量。方法 用HPLC法 ,C18色谱柱 ,以磷酸二氢铵溶液 (pH 3.0 ) -甲醇 (2 10∶30 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 14nm。结果 线性范围为 0 .2～ 2 .0mg·ml-1,回归方程为 :Y =9.117× 10 5X +3 10 2× 10 4(r =0 .9999,n =5 )。回收率为 99 7% ,RSD =1 0 2 %。分析方法精密度RSD =1.34% (n =5 )。结论 方法简便、快速、准确。

OBJECTIVE To establishan an HPLC method to determine clindamycin in liniment. METHODS An ODS column was used,The mobile phase consisted of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 3.0) and methanol (210∶300),The detection wavelength was at 214 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.2-2.0 mg·ml -1 for clindamycin and the regression equation was Y=9.117×10 5X+3.102×10 4 ( r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.7% with RSD of 1.02%. And RSD of method precision was 1.34% (n=5).CONCLUSION The method is rapid,simple and accurate.
