络合比色法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻剂的含量

Determination of ephedrine contents in Ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drop by Chelatocolorimetry

目的 建立盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻剂中麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法 以 2 %CuSO4溶液为络合显色剂 ,采用络合比色法。结果 在 6 0 0nm处 ,吸光度与麻黄碱浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,标准曲线为 :A =0 16 4 8C - 0 0 2 4 2 (r=0 9998,n =5 ) ,线性范围0 6 0 7～ 3 0 35mg·ml-1,平均回收率为 10 0 9%± 0 3% ,RSD =0 3%。结论 所建络合比色法简单、快速、准确、稳定专属性较好 ,适用于盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻剂的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish the chelatocolorimetry to determine ephedrine conatents in ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops. METHODS Contents of ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by Chelatocolorimetry.RESULTS Absorbance and concentration showed a good linearity within the range of 0.607-3.035 mg·ml -1 ,The standard curve was A=0.1648C-0.0242(r=0.9998) and the average recovery was 100.9%±0.3%(n=5).CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate,stable and specific and can be used to determine ephedrine contents in Ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops.
