Determination of indigo contents in Anti-ulcer paste by HPLC

目的 建立中药溃疡糊剂中靛蓝的含量测定方法。方法 采用RP -HPLC法。结果 靛蓝在 5 .2～ 83.2ng范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9997) ,平均回收率为 99.38% ,RSD =1.0 2 % (n =6 )。结论 所建方法灵敏度高且稳定 ,可较好地控制中药溃疡糊剂的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine indigo contents in Anti-ulcer paste of traditional Chinese herbs. METHODS The content of indigo was determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS A good linear relationship was abtained at a range of 5.2-83.2 ng (r=0.9997).The average recovery of indigo was 99.38%(n=6) with RSD of 1.02%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and repeatable. It is better for quality control of the Anti-ulcer paste than other methods.
